What our students say

My time at Bridge has been pretty good. At Bridge I have been more relaxed and a lot less stressed. For example when I was still at my secondary school they stressed me out about coursework, homework, revision, practise tests, work we did in class, deadlines and a few more.
However when I came to Bridge I didn’t have any stressful problems like this. This is because Bridge is a more relaxed place, where you can talk to the staff if you have a problem. The people who work at Bridge help you in a way you can understand so you don’t find it complicated, they help with anything in anyway they can and more.
I like Bridge because for example they help me find jobs/apprenticeships I may be interested in with a careers day, and make me fell less stressed by doing a practise interview. They talk to me if I have a problem and give me advice about stuff.
Bridge has helped me in many ways not only academically but being a student here has also helped me to stay out of trouble inside and outside of the college. The teachers here are very friendly and like to help their students in various ways whether it is within the college or problems outside of the college. I have achieved a lot whilst being here: I have almost completed my certificate in mechanics (motor vehicle), I am close to doing my level 1 in maths and English and I am very confident that I am going to pass both and be awarded with my level 1 so I can then move onto my level 2.
I highly suggest that parents consider sending their children here as my experience here has been outstanding. I think people would get a better education here as you get more one on one time with your teacher so you can learn as much as possible to then be able to be successful. There is also an employability class where Mike (Teacher) will teach and help you to write your CV he will also help you find part time work if you want it.
