I am responsible for strategically developing the employability sector for Bridge Training. Also building and implementing the Employability Training Programme for students, identifying and matching students with placement opportunities and supporting students with employability needs. Also Lead Internal Verifier for Construction Senior Manager with responsibility for Health and Safety. My Professional qualifications are ILM Level 5 NVQ in Leadership Management 2013/14, ILM Level 3 Topics 2013, Child Protection and Safeguarding, Safer Recruitment Training, Pearson OSCA Lead Verifier Trained. Previously worked in several departments at Bridge Training including: Construction Department Manager Project Management Personnel Manager My previous job role was Duty Manager for Waitrose responsible for various departments through 16 years. Main responsibilities included success in all areas profit and loss, recruitment of staff, excellent team building and management, training and development of staff, responsible for store management in absence of senior managers and crucial roles in several store openings.
